An essential requirement of today’s world is that people should make wills and plan for the future. We are pleased to offer the opportunity to clients to complete a will information questionnaire on line and then submit this to us and we can advise if a draft will can be prepared on a standard fee basis or if the circumstances are such that a meeting is required and so a higher fee would be payable.

Importantly a Will can be used as an effective way of minimising if not avoiding liability for Inheritance Tax and as such we can advise you as to how best to maximise your allowances and avoid paying Inheritance Tax.

Probate

We advise on both probate (proving Wills) and Letters of Administration

Also disputes concerning inheritance and disputes regarding Wills and other probate matters.
